See how every blog is doing from your blog list

If you run several blogs, the dashboard home now shows each blog's last 30 days of visits, search traffic, and leads, along with anything that needs your attention.

When you manage several blogs, finding out which one is growing and which one needs work used to mean opening each blog one by one. The blog list on your dashboard home now shows performance and issues to check side by side, with a shortcut to the screen where you can act.

Illustrative preview: compare 30-day performance and see which blogs need attention. Example content, not a product screenshot.
  • 30-day performance for each blog: Visits, search traffic, and leads are compared with the previous 30 days, next to the last publish date, posts published in the last 30 days, and the next scheduled post. With two or more blogs, totals and the number of blogs that need attention appear above the list.
  • Issues to check, with a next step: Color-coded signals flag a failed payment, an ended paid plan, an unverified domain, a trial that is about to end, a publishing gap of more than three weeks with nothing scheduled, or a sharp drop in visits. Each signal links to subscription settings, domain settings, Write a post, or Analytics.
  • Sort and filter many blogs: On desktop, the list is now a table, sorted by Recent activity by default. With four or more blogs, you can also sort by Needs attention first, Performance, or Name, and filter by signal type. Your sort, filter, and search stay in place when you refresh or go back.
  • More room for the list: With four or more blogs, scrolling down hides the top bar, totals, and search together, and scrolling up brings them back. On mobile, every card shows the same numbers in the same place, so blogs are easy to compare.

Numbers follow each blog's dashboard permissions. For a blog that team member accounts can't open because it is on the Free plan or its trial has ended, select Who can open it? to see its Owner. Billing shortcuts appear only for Owners and Admins. There is nothing to set up.
