- Security: You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security. Sharing login credentials is prohibited. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or breaches.
- Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms or used unlawfully.
4. Content Ownership and Responsibility
- Ownership: You retain ownership of content you submit or publish through Inblog.ai and Inpages.ai. By using our platforms, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of providing our services.
- Third-Party Services: Content submitted through Inblog.ai and Inpages.ai may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Supabase, Lemon Squeezy, Sentry) as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to these providers' respective privacy terms.
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these terms and applicable laws. Upon account termination, you may request content export, subject to our data retention policies.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Inblog.ai or Inpages.ai for unlawful purposes or to distribute:
- Gambling-related content.
- Sexual or explicit material.
- Content violating Google Ads policies, promoting hate speech, fake news, or other harmful material. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or legal action.
6. Content Management and Moderation
- Automated Moderation: Our algorithms review content to detect and remove material violating policies. While we strive for accuracy, false positives or missed violations may occur.
- Right to Remove: We reserve the right to remove or modify flagged content without prior notice if it violates policies or laws.
- Appeals Process: Users can appeal decisions related to content moderation by contacting support.
- User Responsibility: Automated moderation does not absolve you of ensuring your content’s compliance with these terms.
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue services without prior notice. Refunds for paid features will be considered only in cases of extended downtime or discontinued services.
- Third-Party Dependencies: Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Supabase and Lemon Squeezy. Availability or interruptions caused by these providers are beyond our control.

- Payment Terms: Fees for paid features are clearly stated and non-refundable, except as required by law or in specific cases of service failure.
- Billing Errors: Report billing issues promptly to request adjustments. Late payments may result in account suspension.
