Keep editing, design, and published pages in sync

The editor recovers from stale collaboration sessions, Design changes save more reliably, and published content uses more consistent typography and page context.

Changes made in the editor and Design tab now carry through more reliably to the published blog.

  • No more endless editor loading from an old tab: if a stale collaboration session is still present, the editor stops waiting after a short delay and reconnects to the saved document.
  • Design edits save more reliably: legacy scripts, metadata, or font styles already stored in a visible header no longer block unrelated markup edits, and custom web font changes persist when you save. New scripts and metadata still belong in Settings > Code injection.
  • More consistent reading across content sources: posts written in Notion and in the Inblog editor now share typography, spacing, callout styling, and text color behavior. Mobile paragraphs and heading hierarchy are easier to scan while custom text colors remain respected.
  • Category-aware custom banners: advanced banner templates can use the page type, category title, and category slug on category pages without losing existing banner behavior.
