Set post authors, CTAs, and forms through your AI connection

You no longer need to return to the dashboard for every author or CTA setting after preparing a draft with AI. On Team plans and above, connect inblog to Claude or ChatGPT to prepare the post and its settings in the same conversation.

• Find and assign teammates who have not published their first post yet. They must have accepted their invitation and have a role eligible for author assignment.
• Set CTA text, links, and custom background and text colors when creating or updating a post. Preset colors remain available through the dashboard.
• List existing lead forms and attach one to a post, or remove the attachment. Creating or editing the form itself is not included.

For example, ask: “Check the author candidates for this draft, assign my teammate, change the CTA text to ‘Contact us,’ and attach our existing inquiry form.” Changing authors replaces the entire author list, so include any coauthors you want to keep.

Updates to an already published post can appear publicly right away. Check the changes in a draft first, or review the proposed changes before asking your AI tool to apply them.
