About Migrating My Blog

Conclusion

  • Manage more specialized and purposeful tech blog.

    • HashiCorp Tools (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Boundary, etc on)

    • Clean Code (Golang, Python, Node)

First blogging 250+ posts

From Nov 2021 to Oct 2022

I decided to divide my blog into study blog and retrospective blog. Totally, I wrote more than 250+ posts in year on both blogs. That's 5.9 posts per week, so I've been blogging pretty hard.

First Blog, Velog

Before that, I was even blogging in T-Story. It's so funny that this is the second time I've done it.

Temporal Blog, T-Story

I thought, it was cool that I'd been posting tech articles for a year, even though I moved platforms.

Compared the first article and last article, a lot of things have changed.
Such as category of posting or views. This was pretty encouraging for me.

Blogging downtime more than one year

From Nov 2022 to Feb 2024

I wrote a lot of content, as you can see from the hastags on the old blog. But, the content wasn't informative for practical.

So after deciding on my speciality or special experience, I wanted to find out "why and what I blog for".

Over the one year, I was able to gain the minimum professional experience to be enough to posting.

What'is new objective?

I set objectives for blog's entire period and every one years as OKR.

  • Objectives of entire period

    • Create traffic to inblog.ai/unch from different platforms, such as medium, github issues.

      • Get up to 10,000 views per day.

      • Get up to average of 1,000 views per day.

    • Create blog subscribers.

      • Get up to 10,000 subscribers.

  • Objectives of 2024

    • Create content for "create traffic ~ platforms"

      • Publish 1 posts per week.

      • Create and automating sustainable routines.
